As a demon, this creature is affected by all spells/attacks that do extra damage to demons.
Special Abilities: Immune to fear effects.
Wings: The Goni can Fly instead of walking, avoiding obstacles.

Attacks (roll d6)

  1. Scream In the Night: Everyone within 20 meters must make a Fear check.
  2. Life-Sucking Embrace: The creature lunges for one opponent within 2 meters and sinks its fangs deep into the victim’s flesh for 1d8 piercing damage. (See Below)
  3. Rending Claws: One opponent within 2 meters takes 2d8 slashing damage as the Goni reaches out in a rage. The victim’s shield takes double durability damage if used to parry. The victim’s armor is reduced by 1 point each time this attack hits it. The damage lasts until repaired by a blacksmith. Armor reduced to 0 in this way is destroyed.
  4. Horn Gore: One character within 4 meters takes 2d10 piercing damage and is knocked prone at the start of their turn.
  5. Thrashing About: All creatures within 2 meters take either Slashing or Piercing damage depending on what is rolled for each. (Odd = Slashing, Even = Piercing.) Armor applies as normal. A successful EVADE pushes the character back 2 meters unless terrain (walls, fences, etc) prohibits it.
  6. Swooping Slam: The creature flies up to 10 meters in the air and then lands on top of up to 4 opponents in a 2 meter by 2 meter square (within 10 meters) with a mighty slam that does 1d8 bludgeoning damage and knocks them prone at the start of their turn. (Armor has no effect.)

Special Abilities

Blood & Milk Drinker
When the Goni deals damage with Life-Sucking Embrace, it immediately regains the same number of HP (up to its normal maximum). Creatures reduced to 0 HP by this attack are found completely drained, their bodies shriveled and pale.

Unholy Visage
The first time a creature sees the Goni in combat, it must succeed at a WIL roll or suffer a bane on all actions for one round.

Demonic Resilience
The oni ignores the first point of damage from every successful attack against it (after armor is applied).
