Description
The Serpent Goose Chimera is a failed experiment in divine cruelty or draconic whimsy. Its leonine body supports three competing minds that can never agree on which prey to kill first. The cobra hisses threats and sprays venom, the hippopotamus bellows and bites anything nearby, and the goose screams fire and obscenities in equal measure. Together, they are noise and nightmare incarnate.

It prowls riverbanks and volcanic lakes, preferring damp heat and wide hunting grounds. Each head acts semi-independently, arguing constantly even mid-battle, yet somehow working in brutal harmony when cornered.

victim. The attack deals 2D10 slashing damage, 2D6 bludgeoning damage, and D8 piercing damage. Armor protects against each of these. If the piercing damage penetrates the armor, the victim is injected with a lethal poison with potency 14.

GM NOTES

The Serpent Goose Chimera should be treated as a single creature, though each head can act independently for flavor.
When one head is incapacitated, reduce Ferocity by 1. If the goose head is destroyed, the creature immediately flees in panic (it’s their self-proclaimed leader).
If slain, its corpse emits hissing steam for a full day, and its blood can be distilled into a toxic alchemical gel that alternates between flammable and venomous properties depending on the temperature.
