Great gamer gadget: Uhh? Dice? I don’t know what to say here.

I’m still struggling to think of what this prompt was even looking for. I make Gadgeteer characters for DC Heroes, ICONS, and Mutants & Masterminds. Because they’re fun to play for me. I make engineer type character for any sci-fi game I’m in as a player or to Game Master. (Not as GM PCs, but most players don’t tend to lean into the engineer classes.) In terms of physical real world gadgets, this prompt is baffling.

Are they talking about dice towers? I don’t have one. Dice bags? Pretty simple pull string containers, hardly what I’d call a gadget. My planner? I keep a notebook in it to write down stuff, again hardly a gadget.

I’m a freak when it comes to writing utensils. I have to have Mechanical Pencils in 0.5mm or nothing. I even drool over writing utensils on Amazon and in Office Depot. (Don’t pencil shame me.) That’s about as high tech as I get when it comes to my TTRPGs. I guess my phone and this here old laptop count, but they’re not anything to write home about in terms of gadgets.
