I did a thing today.

I know Heroes of the Storm is a dead game in the eyes of Blizzard Entertainment, but I still play a few matches every day. Today, I finally hit Player Level 999 and 1,000 on my account. I’ve been playing for over 10 years now, I think. I downloaded it pretty much the first day it came out and took a break for a few years in the middle. A few years ago I started playing a few matches everyday just to blow off some stress. Here we are. Butcher at Level 45, Azmodan and Level 100.

I have a fondness for HotS that I can’t readily explain. I even have an entire dungeon map for Dungeon Crawl Classics based on Tomb of the Spider Queen from HotS. I’ll probably keep playing HotS until they shut it down for good. When/if that day comes, I’ll have to find a new game to grind into the ground. No suggestions, please.
