Unfortunately, I don’t have a good answer for this one. The Amalgam comics from DC/Marvel were epic inspiration for my ICONS and other supers games. Starship Troopers as a cartoon series is amazing for inspiring the RPG. I would also give honorable mention to the D&D Cartoon series.

The Simon Hawke Birthright novels were a big favorite of mine growing up along with Knight of the Black Rose. I’m really big on pretty much any book with Soth as the main character. The various Ravenloft novels also do a great job of bringing the setting to life.
