The Armor of Fluidity.
This armor comes in a flask. When poured over the wearer, this gooey, pudding-like substance provides +4 AC with no penalties. The effect wears off at sundown when the “armor” magically refills the flask, leaving the wearer exposed.
Temperatures above 80 degrees Fahrenheit cause the armor to melt, losing -1 AC per ten minutes until dissolved. The armor reforms inside the flask every morning just before dawn.
Temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit causes the armor to harden, making it stiffer, incurring -1 Dex per 10 minutes of exposure, -2 check penalty, and -5 feet of movement. This effect ends with the wearer can no longer move. The armor then shatters and is unwearable until dawn the next day.
Sometimes the fluid has a mind of its own. It will refuse to pour out of the flask like a bottle of ketchup. Stirring it with something inside the flask or pounding on the flask will usually encourage it to pour.
